1. Acceptance & Age Requirement (21+)

By accessing or using our websites, purchasing products, or participating in Adult Game Nights events, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

If you are under 21 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from using our site, purchasing alcohol-themed party card games, or attending 21+ AGN activations.

2. Responsible Drinking & Assumption of Risk

The Liquor Store Board Game and all related cards, mini games, and rules are intended solely for lawful adult entertainment. Never drink and drive. Know your limits. No card, prompt, or dare requires any player to consume alcohol against their will or beyond safe limits. Non-alcoholic substitutions (soda, water, pushups, points) are explicitly valid on every single turn.

3. Orders, Shipping & Refunds

Orders are processed and fulfilled promptly from Atlanta, GA. Free shipping applies to contiguous US retail orders of $50 or more. If a game arrives damaged or defective, please contact support within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
